To receive payouts from sales on Asolora, vendors must complete payment setup in their dashboard. This step walks you through providing the required information so payouts can be issued to your bank account.
What You’ll Need
- Completion of your Store Profile from Step 1
- Legal name or registered business name
- Local bank account details
Add Payment Details
Log in to Asolora and navigate to your Vendor Dashboard.
- Click Sign up here in the Stripe Express notice or go to Settings > Payment > Add Payment Method > Direct to Stripe Express.
- Click Connect with Stripe to begin the setup and provide the information requested:
- Business type (Individual/Sole Proprietor, Company, etc.)
- Personal information
- Address details
- Your country is pre-filled based on your vendor profile and cannot be changed.
- Stripe may require a postal code, even if your country does not commonly use them. For example: Nigeria does have 6-digit NIPOST postal codes, even though they are not widely used. Vendors must enter their area’s postal code to complete setup.
- Enter your local bank account details. (e.g., NGN, ZAR, etc.)
- Upload any required identification or business documents.
- Click Submit.
Note:
Stripe Express verification is real time so all information must be accurate. Whatever identity you enter becomes a real verified vendor account. The phone number is used only for SMS verification, two-factor authentication, and account recovery.
Payouts are made in your local currency only. Stripe will automatically convert payouts from US Dollars to your local currency and currency conversion fees may apply. US Dollars or foreign-currency payouts are not supported at this time.
Confirm Stripe Connection
After onboarding, return to your Asolora Vendor Dashboard. You may need to click Complete Onboarding again if prompted and confirm Stripe information once again. Once everything is approved, Payment Settings will show:
- Connected
- Your Merchant ID
- A Visit Express Dashboard button — click to view payout history, update bank details, or manage verification.
- A Disconnect button — do not click unless you want to stop receiving payouts.
You’re now fully set up to receive payouts for your sales.
Extra Tips:
- Keep your payment information up to date in Stripe to avoid payout issues.
- Stripe may request additional verification occasionally — respond quickly to avoid delays.
